You might have to travel. I took swing classes and social danced locally but I ended up going to the US (I’m Aussie) to expand it all for me…a lot of cities around the world have dance exchanges every year (search “Lindy Exchange”). ALSO, don’t just stick to the dance you know – try EVERY dance you can, it is all beneficial to your dancing.
@wallysblack I disagree that whites cant move. White people certainly CAN move, just don’t expect them to move the same way. The whole White vs Black thing is rubbish, in dance, in everything. Don’t be a stereotype. Think for yourself, you’re black but that doesn’t put you into the same box as ALL Black people does it?
