No matter how good the method of keep-fit is, only persistence can keep the result apparent and long-lasting. There are a few tips that will help you keep ehthusiatic in salsa sance and dresult in perfect body.

1) Build a circle of friends who love salsa dance and they go to dance several times per week.  This is an essential factor that keep you always dance salsa as a regular practice. Try to introduce and bring friends to learn and experience salsa so the possibility of having more numbers in your salsa circle will be higher.

2) Follow different teachers to learn the salsa dance skills.  Every salsa teacher will undertake class differently. Some focus on music as the number oneprioroity. Some on the salsa elegant pattern.  Some try to create a class with large group of boys and girls as the attraction. The more skills you experience, you will find out the way you love to dance, and that motivates you to dance consistently.

3) Dance with the experienced ones and the beginners.  The more people you dance with each time.  Your friend’s circle is broadened. More chance to be informed or invited for salsa party 

4) Watch the salsa dance video in youtube.  It is easy to forget the dance pattern leanrt on the dancing floor. People will find boring if there is only limited variation in dance pattern. Watching video  can help you keep refreshing your memory – you can watch 10 times or 1000 times. All up to you

5) Choose the venue you love to dance. Some enjoy the dance pub because of the atmosphere, even though it is crowded and limited space for you to do some elegant body movement.  Some likes to choose dance room / studio feel because it always provides ample rooms for one to dance and not get hurt.  Some salsa dancers are more picky – they chose the venue which offers good DJ as right music is the key element that makes them dance and move and enjoy

6) Buy a pair of dancing shoes for salsa – especially for ladies.  Ladies has a lot of swirling pattern in salsa dancing, so a pair of comfortable dance shoes can make her feel comfortable in dancing and dance the pattern they like.  Also, most dance shoes are well designed such that the ladies look more beautiful & elegant in dancing 

7)  You love and enjoy salsa dance – this is the most important one. If you do not enjoy, pick other dance or activities that you love to spend time.
